DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

VirtuGather sells digital products only.

No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply to the digital products currently sold through virtugather.co.

1. HOW DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED

After successful payment and order processing, purchased VirtuGather products are supplied electronically.

Digital access is normally provided through Shopify's digital-delivery system using the email address supplied during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Digital products are intended to be made available shortly after successful payment and order processing.

In some cases, access may be temporarily delayed because of:

• payment verification;

• fraud or security checks;

• email-delivery delays;

• payment-provider processing;

• temporary technical issues; or

• other circumstances reasonably outside VirtuGather's immediate control.

If there is a material delay in supplying purchased digital content, please contact us using the details below.

3. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

VirtuGather products identified as digital downloads are supplied electronically.

You will not receive:

• a printed workbook;

• a physical book;

• printed worksheets;

• a USB drive;

• a parcel; or

• any other physical product

unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

No postal or courier delivery is required for our current digital products.

4. FILE FORMAT

The file format supplied with each product is stated on the relevant product page.

Most VirtuGather planning systems are supplied as PDF files.

You will need a device and software capable of opening the stated file format.

A standard PDF-compatible application or reader can be used for PDF products.

5. DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

If you have completed payment but have not received access to your digital product, please:

• check the email address used during checkout;

• check your spam or junk email folder;

• confirm that payment was successfully completed; and

• contact VirtuGather if the download remains unavailable.

When contacting us, please provide:

• your order number; and

• the email address used during checkout.

We will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide a working copy where appropriate.

6. FAULTY OR INACCESSIBLE DIGITAL CONTENT

If a purchased digital file is faulty, corrupted, materially incomplete, inaccessible or does not match the product description, please contact us.

We will first try to resolve the issue within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, including by restoring access or supplying a working version where appropriate.

Where the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a refund, price reduction, termination of the contract or another remedy under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights relating to digital content that does not conform to the contract.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, those rights are not affected by this Digital Delivery Policy.
