Digital Delivery Policy
VirtuGather sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping or delivery charges apply to our current digital products.
How digital products are delivered
Following successful payment, eligible digital purchases are delivered electronically through our digital-delivery system.
Customers will normally receive access to their purchased digital product using the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery time
Digital products are intended to be available shortly after successful payment and order processing.
In some cases, payment verification, fraud checks, email delays or technical issues may temporarily delay access.
No physical shipping
The VirtuGather Virtual Event Planning System and other products identified as digital downloads are supplied electronically.
You will not receive a physical workbook, printed material or parcel in the post.
Download problems
If you have completed payment but have not received access to your digital product, please:
Check the email address used during checkout.
Check your spam or junk email folder.
Confirm that payment was successfully completed.
Contact VirtuGather if the download is still unavailable.
