Digital Products, Cancellations and Refunds

VirtuGather sells downloadable digital content. No physical goods are shipped.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If you are a consumer, cancellation, conformity, refund and price-reduction rights apply where required by applicable law.

Cancellation and withdrawal

For qualifying online consumer purchases, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Where permitted by law, that right may end after digital content has been fully supplied where you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that doing so could cause you to lose the right to cancel.

If a statutory cancellation right still applies, contact VirtuGather as soon as possible using the details below. You do not need to give a reason where the law gives you an unconditional withdrawal right.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content

If your download cannot be accessed, is materially faulty, or does not match the description on the product page, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will first try to resolve the issue promptly, including by restoring access or supplying a working copy where appropriate. If the issue cannot be resolved, any refund, price reduction or other remedy required by law will be provided.

Change-of-mind requests

Where a statutory cancellation right no longer applies and the digital content has been successfully supplied as described, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content.

Refund timing

Where a refund is legally due following cancellation, it will be processed within the period required by applicable law and normally returned using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
