What does VirtuGather sell?

VirtuGather sells professional digital planning systems for webinars, virtual conferences and online events. Products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.

How do I receive my purchase?

After successful payment and order processing, your digital files are made available electronically using the email address supplied at checkout.

What file format will I receive?

Most VirtuGather systems are supplied as PDF files unless the individual product page states otherwise.

Can I reuse the system?

Yes. Unless a product page states otherwise, you can save your purchased files and reuse the planning structure for your own future events under the licence described in our Terms of Service.

Can I print the files?

Yes. PDF systems can be used on screen or printed for your permitted personal or internal business use.

What if my download does not arrive or open?

Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access the files, contact us with your order number and checkout email address.

Are digital purchases refundable?

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms. Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content remains subject to applicable statutory rights.
