VirtuGather products are digital planning systems designed for immediate practical use. No physical product is shipped.

What do I receive?

Each product page explains exactly what is included. The VirtuGather Virtual Event Planning System is supplied as a professional digital workbook for on-screen use or printing.

How is my purchase delivered?

After a successful payment, eligible digital products are delivered electronically through the store's secure digital-delivery system. You will not be charged for shipping.

When will I receive access?

Digital access is intended to be provided after successful payment processing. Keep the email address used at checkout accessible so you can receive purchase and download information.

Can I print the workbook?

Yes. The workbook is designed in A4 format and can be used digitally or printed for your own use.

Can I share or resell the files?

Your purchase is for your own use unless the product page states otherwise. The files and templates may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged or uploaded for public access.

Do I need special software?

A standard PDF reader is sufficient for the main workbook. Some products may also include editable companion files where stated on the product page.

What is the refund and cancellation position?

Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. For qualifying online consumer purchases, a statutory cancellation right may apply. Where permitted by law, that right may end after digital content has been supplied where the required consent and acknowledgement have been given. If your download is inaccessible, materially faulty or does not match the product description, contact us so we can resolve the issue and provide any remedy required by law. Where a statutory cancellation right no longer applies and the digital content has been successfully supplied as described, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered.
