VirtuGather sells downloadable digital content. No physical goods are shipped.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Depending on where you live, you may have statutory cancellation, conformity, refund, repair, replacement or price-reduction rights.

Withdrawal / cancellation rights for digital content

For qualifying distance contracts, including many consumer purchases in the EEA and UK, a statutory withdrawal period may apply from the date the contract is concluded.

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, applicable law can allow the withdrawal right to end once supply begins only where the required conditions have been met. These can include the customer's prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement that this may result in loss of the withdrawal right, and confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement where required.

VirtuGather does not treat the mere fact that a file has been accessed or downloaded as automatically removing a statutory cancellation right where the legal requirements for doing so have not been met.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content

If your download cannot be accessed, is materially faulty, or does not match the product description, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will first try to restore access or provide a working copy where appropriate. If the issue cannot be resolved, any refund, price reduction or other remedy required by applicable law will be provided.

Change-of-mind requests

Where no statutory cancellation right applies, or where such a right has validly ended, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered after correctly supplied digital content has been delivered. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, inaccessible or non-conforming digital content.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, contact us promptly with both order numbers. We will review the duplicate transaction and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate purchase.
