These Terms govern purchases from and use of the VirtuGather online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and other policies displayed on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Digital products
VirtuGather sells professional digital planning systems and related downloadable content for webinars, virtual conferences and online events. Unless a product page states otherwise, products are supplied digitally and no physical item is shipped.
Each product page describes what is included, the file format, price and intended use. Customers should review those details before ordering.
3. Orders, prices and payment
The total amount payable is shown at checkout, including applicable taxes or charges where required. Payment must be successfully authorised before digital access is supplied.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, a material pricing or technical error, or a legal requirement.
4. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment and order processing. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. If automatic delivery fails, contact us with your order number.
5. Licence and permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased material for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may save the files and print working copies for your permitted use.
You may not resell or redistribute the original files, publish them for public access, sublicense them, reproduce them as products for resale, share them as standalone digital products, or remove VirtuGather branding and represent the content as your own work.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual-property rights in VirtuGather products, original text, layouts, templates, graphics and branding remain with VirtuGather or the relevant rights holder. Purchase provides a licence to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law. Digital-content withdrawal rights can depend on when supply begins and whether legally required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. Nothing in these Terms removes rights relating to digital content that is faulty, inaccessible or does not conform to the contract.
8. Technical requirements
You are responsible for having a device and software capable of opening the file formats stated on the product page. PDF products require a standard PDF-compatible reader.
9. Planning tools and outcomes
VirtuGather products are planning and organisational tools. Results depend on how the purchaser uses and implements the material. We do not guarantee any particular commercial, financial, attendance, marketing or event outcome.
10. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and store information accurate. If a material error affects an order, we may take reasonable steps to correct it and will provide any remedy required by applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The Terms applicable to a purchase are those made available when the order is placed, except where changes are required by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country or region.
