These Terms govern purchases from and use of the VirtuGather online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted by these Terms.

2. Digital products
VirtuGather sells digital planning systems, workbooks, templates and related downloadable content. Product pages describe what is included, the file format and the intended use. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
3. Orders and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, including taxes where Shopify displays them as included. Payment must be successfully authorised before digital access is provided. We may cancel or refuse an order where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, pricing or technical error, or where payment is not successfully completed.
4. Digital delivery
Eligible digital purchases are delivered electronically after successful payment through the store's digital-delivery system. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it. If you do not receive or cannot access your download, contact us with your order details.
5. Licence and permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a VirtuGather digital product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for your own personal or internal business use. You may print working copies for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, upload for public access, share the source files as a standalone product, or present the files as your own creation.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in VirtuGather products, branding, original text, layouts and templates remain with their respective owner or licensor. Your purchase transfers a right to use the product under the licence above, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies where digital content is faulty, inaccessible or does not conform to the contract.
8. Technical requirements
You are responsible for having a compatible device and software capable of opening the file formats described on the product page. The main VirtuGather workbook is supplied as a PDF and requires a standard PDF reader.
9. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and store information accurate. If a material error affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and provide any remedy required by law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, VirtuGather is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of a planning workbook, business decisions made using it, or incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The terms applicable to a purchase are those made available when the order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you.
